  1. Is my device eligible for promotion?
    All eligible devices and their Part Numbers (P/N) can be found in the T&C’s section. The P/N of your device should be on the white sticker of the package or on the sticker of your device. If the P/N of your device is included in the T&C’s section then your purchase is eligible for this promotion.  
  2. What must be shown when uploading the image?
    Name of the store, date of the purchase, name/Part Number of the purchased device and the serial number cut out from the box. 
  3. Is it necessary to cut out a piece of cardboard with a serial number from the package?
    According to the promotion regulations, cutting out a fragment of a cardboard box with a serial number from the package is required in order to fully verify the process. 
  4. Does the box damage (cutting out the bar code) have any impact on a device’s warranty?
    Damage to the packaging of the device, such as cutting out the bar code, does not affect its warranty. The package is not necessary for using the device’s warranty and official Acer services. 
  5. Why can I see a Polish address in my claim information if I’m living in RSA?
    This changes automatically in our system and has no impact on your claim or bonus delivery.  
  6. How long do I need to wait until I receive the bonuses?
    As the T&C claims, our promotion team has up to 90 business days for the delivery of your bonuses. But it usually takes 2-3 weeks. 
  7. Can I claim my purchase after the end of the promotion? 
    Yes, you can claim during the next 14 calendar days after the end of the promotion. Please remember it’s crucial to have the date of the receipt.
